Learn how to paint furniture.

Our one day course inspired by Annie Sloan.

On the day, you will learn how to achieve the look of old French and Swedish painted furniture as inspired by Annie Sloan.  Techniques you will learn are: distressed paint using one and two colours, crackled paint, crackled varnish, stencilling, decoupage and decorative gilding.  These will be done on boards which you will be able to take away with you.   You will also have the opportunity to paint a small piece of furniture or accessory that you bring with you on the day (i.e., shelf, chair, small coffee table etc.).  The paint we use is chalk paint made by Annie Sloan and really is the “best paint to use on furniture”.

The day will start promptly at 10:00am and finish around 4:30pm.  The cost of the course is £135.

Places are limited to 6 people, if you are interested in booking, please contact us by phone and reserve your place. We will require a non refundable £50 deposit to secure your reservation and this can be done over the phone with a credit or debit card.  This will go towards your final payment of £85 on the day of the course.
